It is about restoring safety in your nervous system so you can stop struggling and start living.

About Emma Queen

This work is led by a therapist and nervous system educator with experience in EMDR, RTT, hypnotherapy, and somatic regulation.

But more importantly, it is led by someone who no longer teaches from survival.
This space is held from regulation, not hustle.

Payment plans available 4 weeks – 1 group session per week – 2 x 45 min personal sessions via video link.
